Our four-stage development process.

Onboarding

This stage includes understanding your business requirements, organisation, people and culture and defining most appropriate engagement model including objectives, governance, success criteria and delivery plan. Subsequently we form project team and engage adequate analytical and technical resources. This stage sets the basis for all project activities during the engagement.

Development

In this phase we use the scrum (agile) development methodology. We work directly with client’s product owner, designated staff and stakeholders in order to minimize any communication gaps and have clear expectations and delivery deadlines. There will be multiple sprint cycles from the project inception to completion. Each of these will have a rigorous review process covering design, prototyping, code reviews and test process.

During development process we will provide configuration management and source control for each sprint by constantly managing software assets like source code, documentation, programs, data and manuals. Project management including weekly reporting, issues management, risk mnagement and budget managment are integral part of our process.

UAT and Delivery

Upon completion of the said sprints, the product will be subjected to an agreed term of User Acceptance testing and thereby be followed by delivery as per agreed timelines. Due to our flexible approach you would be still able to introduce changes if required even at this stage.

Maintenance and Support

Once the software application is in production, we are happy to provide an ongoing maintenance and operational support with stringent SLAs and dedicated resources. Other option is to provide full handover to inhouse teams and deliver agreed warranty maintenance.
